                                                ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

                                                            MAY 31, 2012

5:00 P.M.      Called meeting to order. Present: Ellen W. Abelson, Paula B. Keefe and

                      Mark Mazur.

1. The Board voted unanimously to appoint Ellen W. Abelson Chairman of

the Board.

2. The Board signed three fiscal year 2012 state exemption re-imbursement documents.

3. Handouts concerning a conflict of interest online training program were given to each Board member.

4. The Board read a letter from a taxpayer who apologized for missing a meeting with them and requested another one.

5. The Board discussed the status of our request for special state permission to abate a personal property account for fiscal year 2012.

6. The Board will hold their next meeting at 12:30 P.M. on Monday

June 11, 2012.
